3 lbs beef sirloin cut in 1" cubes
2 C red burgundy
1/2 C butter
2 C quartered mushroom caps
1/4 C chopped shallots
1 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 6 T butter in deep casserole, add beef, cover & braise in 400º oven 20 min. Sautee shallots, caps in remaining butter, stir in flour. Add burgundy mix well, pour over beef, cover return to oven for 30 min.
