Crust:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp.salt
1 1//2. c. flour

Filling:
4 c. fresh sliced peaches,
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg.
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sour cream

Topping:
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour and salt, press into 9" pie plate.

Filling: sprinkle peaches with 1/4 c. sugar. ..
Combine 1/2 c. sugar, flour, beaten egg, salt, and vanilla. Fold in sour cream
Stir into peaches.., pour into crust.
Combine topping until crumbly.
Bake at 400" for 15 min, reduce heat to 350" and cook for 20 min.
Now sprinkle topping over pie and bake at 400" for 10 min.
