2 1/2 c. water
5 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. custard powder
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, corn starch, custard powder and sugar together well. Cook until thickened. Beat the egg yolks with 1/4 c.water and fold into hot mixture, cook until boiling. Add lemon juice and butter. Pour into baked shell. Spread meringue made of two egg whites over filling, sealing to the shell.
