2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Maple syrup preferred (or corn syrup)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Beat together well. Pour carefully into unbaked tart shells. Raisins or nuts are optional to add. If using, sprinkle in the tart shells before adding filling.

Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes
