3 cups hot brewed expresso coffee
3 cups scalded milk*
Sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Whipped cream, optional but necessary!

Directions:
Directions:
Combine expresso, milk and sugar to your taste. Pour in demitasse cups and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. I like to put this in a blender before putting in cups to make it frothy. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

*To scald milk heat to just before it boils but don't let it boil.
