2 Tbsp of vegetable oil.
4 sliced green onions.
3 cups of shredded napa cabbage
1/2 cup of bean sprouts
1/2 cup of celery
1/4 tsp of sugar
1 cup of chicken broth
1Tbsp of soya sauce
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
2 Tbsp of water
Red pepper flakes
1/2 pound of chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chow mein noodles according to directions.
Drain and toss with 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in wok.
Add green onions, cabbage, sprouts and celery and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Add noodles to wok and fry.
Return the vegetables in wok.

Combine sugar, broth, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Pour mixture in wok.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Add to wok and stir until sauce thickens.
Season with red pepper flakes.
