1 lb. Italian sausage links
(hot or sweet)
2 large boneless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
Olive oil
1 cup white wine
1 lb. Farfalle pasta
(or medium pasta of choice)
Salt & Pepper
Parsley and/or Basil
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove casings from sausage, crumble, pan fry, drain.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, pan fry in a little olive oil.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
Mince garlic, dice onion and cut peppers into thin strips.
Over medium heat, pour a little olive oil to the bottom of a large skillet then add garlic, onion, and pepper and cook until tender.
Add sausage, chicken, wine, salt & pepper and cook for 10 mins. Add cooked pasta, parsley, basil, and Parmesan cheese, mix well, heat thoroughly and plate.
Serves 4 - 6
