3 c. milk
1/2 c. rice or 2 c. pre cooked rice
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 T. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 envelope gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil. Add rice, vanilla, and sugar. Simmer over medium heat until cooked or if pre cooked rice cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 c. cold water and gelatin. Stir in butter.

COLD AND GOLD WITH WHIPPED CREAM POUR INTO MOLD AND CHILL UNTIL SET. SERVICE WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES AND SAUCE
