Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp plum sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch

Pork chops
Carrots
Beans
Red onions
Red peppers

Rice (whatever kind you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre boil carrots, beans if from fresh until soft. Cook rice according to directions on box or bag. Fry pork chops and cut into pieces. Cut rest of vegetables. Put vegetables and pork into a wok or large frying pan and slow cook.
Make sauce. In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients and whisk until thick. When sauce is finished put with vegetables and pork. Put over rice.
