1 dozen eggs
dollop of mayonnaise
curry powder to taste
veg. pieces for garnish
dash of paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs to hard stage.Peel and slice around outside to remove the white.
Put yolks in dish and mash.Add mayo to desired consistency.Fold in curry
powder,to taste.Fill whites with yolk mixture, using all of it.Sprinkle with paprika
and garnish.Refridgerate.
