2 c. sour milk
1 tbsp. shortening (kimbo)
1/2 tsp. soda
3 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough flour to make dough easy handle, but keep SOFT. Knead lightly until smooth and roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 3x1 inch strip, cut slit in middle. Fry in very hot oil, like donuts. While warm shake in bag with sugar or sugar-cinnamon mixture.
