2 tbsp. butter
4 large eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in 9x9 pan in oven at 425ºF.

Put in blender, one at a time, blending in between each addition: eggs, flour, milk and sugar. Blend an extra 5 minutes.

Take pan from oven and pour batter over butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned. Dust with powder sugar and serve with fruit syrup, jelly, etc. Whipped cream and strawberries is my favorite.
