1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 (15 oz.) cans of crushed pineapple

Mix all the ingredients together. Scoop into each muffin cup, fill up to the brim. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes at 350º, use wooden skewer to check if it is done.
