1/2 cup crushed Corn Flakes (About 2 cups cereal)
2 T sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
15 oz. condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornflake crumbs with 2 T sugar and melted butter. Reserve 2 T for topping and press remaining mixture to bottom of small, freezer-proof, tray. Chill
Combine condensed milk and lemon juice and stir until thickened. Add egg yolks and beat well. Set aside.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy and gradually beat in the 3 T sugar, continuing to beat until stiff. Fold into milk mixture. Pour into prepared freezer tray, top with remaining crumb mixture and freeze 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
