2 packages yeast
3 cups warm water
3 Tablespoon oil
3 eggs
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
10-11 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add oil, eggs, salt and sugar. Add flour, mix well. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in a large greased bowl, turning once to bring greased side up. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm spot until double in size. About 2 hours.
Divide dough into 8 or 9 portions. Flatten out dough pressing out all air and form into loaves.
Place on greased and floured baking sheet, cover. Let rise 40-50 minutes.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
