3/4 c. Velveeta Cheese (I know that is heresy)
4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup minced sweet onion
8 stuffed olives

Cube that Velveeta and dice up eggs. Mix all ingredients together and spread on buns. Then wrap each bun in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 375.

This is one of those long lost memories/recipes. My grandmother made these for me and the neighborhood kids every summer.I never knew what was in them, but they tasted great after a few hours of playing outside. She also saved some in the freezer or fridge for "hobos" as she called them (not PC I know) who came to our house from the nearby train tracks. In fact "A favorite sandwich" was usually called "a hobo sandwich.I remember giving one of these to a man who came to our door one day. I'm so glad to share it -share whatever you can with the folks who need it.
