Ingredients:

3 large double chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
2 C chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
2 tsp dried onion flakes
2 C mayonnaise (do NOT use salad dressing)
1 stick (1/2 C) butter
1 7-oz pkg Pepperidge Farm Crushed Stuffing

Preheat oven to 325ºF

Cook chicken and cut up into pieces. Combine celery, chestnuts, mushrooms, onion flakes, mayonnaise, and soups. Fold into chicken. Put into 9"x13" baking dish. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Put on top of chicken mixture. Bake for 50 minutes.
