1 lb. Angel hair pasta
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
1 tsp. basil (fresh or dried)
1/2 tsp. thyme (fresh or dried)
1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup green olives, sliced
1/2 lb. bay scallops
1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mince garlic, dice onion, slice mushrooms and olives.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook garlic and onion in olive oil until tender soft. Add tomatoes, white wine, parsley, basil, thyme, and red pepper flakes, then bring to a gentle boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add mushrooms and olives and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
In a fry pan over medium heat, cook scallops and shrimp in olive oil and butter for a few minutes, do not overcook. Add lemon juice and black pepper.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and angel hair and cook to al dente. Drain pasta.
Combine sauce, seafood, and pasta in a large skillet, mix well, thoroughly heat and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4 - 6
