1 pkg each of 3 different flavors and colors Jell-o
3 cups boiling water
1/2 cups cold water
1 pkg Lemon Jell-o
1/4 cup sugar
1 C boiling water
1/2 C canned pineapple juice
2 pkgs Dream Whip whipped topping, prepared as directed.

Make up each of the 3 packages of Jell-o, separately using 1 C boiling water and 1/2 C cold water each. Let chill overnight. Cut into cubes. Dissolve lemon Jell-o and sugar in 1 C boiling water. Stir in juice. Chill until thickened but not firm. Blend Dream Whip into slightly thickened gelatin. Fold in gelatin cubes. Spoon into bundt pan or tube pan. Chill until firm or overnight.

This was a favorite dessert my mother would make for special pot-luck occasions as long as she had the time before hand as it takes a couple days to make. It looks like stained glass. So pretty!
