Metal Mixing Bowl- place in fridge
electric mixer
1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 capful pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Place metal bowl in fridge

Collect ingredients.
Add 1 1/2 c of heavy whipping cream and lemon juice to mixing bowl.
Mix with electric mixer till you see soft peaks

Add sugar and vanilla. Mix again until you see hard peaks. Serve. Do not over mix.
