1 c butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp sugar
1 beaten egg yolk
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Fruit filling/jam/jelly of your choice
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Cream together butter, cream cheese, milk, and sugar. Stir in beaten egg yolk. Add flour and baking powder. Knead to a smooth dough. Roll to 1/8'-1/4' and cut into 2' circles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and make depression in center. Fill depression with fruit filling. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
