3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs

STRAWBERRIES
1 quart (4 cups) strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sugar

Heat oven to 350°F

In large bowl, mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside.

Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening; lightly flour (or spray pan with baking spray with flour). In large bowl, beat cake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
