2 bag frozen hash browns
12 eggs
salt and pepper
Cooking spray

thaw out the hash browns.

Heat oven to 425

Spray muffin pan lightly with cooking spray to keep potatoes from sticking.
Put 1/4 cup or more of hash browns into your muffin tin depending on size of tin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then spray the hash browns with cooking spray. Place the muffin tin in oven 10 to 15 mins at 425. Watch very carefully so potatoes doesn't burn. Remove then crack 1 egg to each muffin. Return to oven and bake till eggs are done to your taste.
