5-6 Tomatoes
2-3 T. Sugar
1/4 c. Butter
2 T. Green Onions
2 T. Parsley
4 c. Chicken Stock
4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Flour
1 c. Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dumplings:
2 T. Sour Cream
1 Egg
1/2 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt



Directions:
Directions:
Peel tomatoes, cut into small chunks, and sprinkle with sugar.

Melt butter, and sauté green onions until golden brown. Add parsley, dill, and tomatoes. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken stock and simmer for 30 minutes.

Whisk milk and flour together and slowly stir into soup. Whisk in sour cream or put it into the soup bowls.

Dumplings: Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoon into soup. Simmer soup gently until dumplings rise to top.
