1/2 c (60 g) oat flour
1/2 c (70 g) sweet rice flour
3 T (21 g) almond meal
2 T (25 g) pure cane sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/3 c (80 ml) milk
1/4 c (60 g) unsweetened applesauce
3 1/2 T (70 g) pure maple syrup
2 T (28 ml) oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

GLAZE:
1 c (120 g) powdered sugar
1/4 c (80 g) pure maple syrup
1-3 tsp (5-15 ml) milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine oat flour, sweet rice flour, almond meal, cane sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl, mixing well. In another bowl, whisk the eggs together. Then add in the milk, applesauce, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a large wooden spoon until just combined, being careful not to over mix (stop when you no longer see dry flour).

Spoon the batter into the donut molds, filling to just below the top of each mold. Bake for 18-22 minutes until lightly golden brown around the edges. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then remove donuts to a cooling rack. Cool completely before glazing.
