2 lbs. Ground Chuck
1 Chopped Onion
2 Pkgs. Ranch Dressing Mix (0.5 ozs. each)
2 Pkgs. Taco Seasoning Mix (1.25 ozs. each)
16 ozs. Canned Black Beans, undrained
16 ozs. Canned Kidney Beans, undrained
16 ozs. Canned Pinto Beans, undrained
16 ozs. Canned Tomatoes w/Green Chilis, chopped & undrained
16 ozs. Canned Tomato Wedges
32 ozs. Canned White Corn, undrained
2 Cups Water

Directions:
Cook meat and onion together until meat is browned. Stir Ranch dressing and Taco mixes into meat. Add remaining ingredients with juices from all. Add water. Simmer for 2 hours, if mixture is too thick add more water. Garnish each serving with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions or jalapenos if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
