Personal Notes:
When any family member comes home, skinny pancakes are always served for breakfast. It is mandatory to phone other members of the family not so fortunate, and rub their noses in it!! Nathan never comes to see Gramma without bringing a jug of milk and a pound of butter. This recipe has actually brought the Calgary crew home for one day on "a skinny pancake run"!!!
