1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 T butter
2 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients with 1/2 cup milk and pour into 8 x 8 baking dish. Melt butter and brown sugar in hot water and pour over first mixture. Bake in 350ºF oven for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped or ice cream if desired.
