16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 to 5 drops hot sauce
1/2-1 c. stale beer (regular not light)

Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse a few times; turn on and process until cheese is kind of creamy and will spread easily.
