3 cups good vanilla ice cream (I used Blue Bell homemade vanilla)
3/4 cups 2% milk
1/2 +1/8 teaspoons peppermint extract
7 drops green food colouring
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
green sprinkles for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Put ice cream and milk in blender with half of the green food coloring and peppermint. Blend well. Add additional as desired.

Serve with fresh whipped cream on top.

Mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream, until peaks begin to form. Add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.

Garnish with sprinkles. Enjoy!

Serves 2 large 16 ounce shakes - about 32 ounces
