1/2 to 1 oz. blood orange liqueur
6 oz. pineapple juice, chilled
orange juice reduction
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Rim a highball glass with the orange juice reduction and brown sugar. In a cocktail mixer with ice, shake Pineapple Rum, Mango Rum and pineapple juice together. Pour directly into center of glass so as not to disturb the brown sugar rim. Add a splash (anywhere from ½-1 oz.) of the blood orange liqueur to the center of drink, so that it will sink to bottom and begin to rise. Add one piece of pineapple, orange, and cherry to wooden skewer and place on top of glass.

Light tips of skewer on fire, let burn and blow out for effect. Watch the flames rise and enjoy a moment at the Beachside Bonfire.
