12 oz. White Chocolate (Ghirardelli)
1/3 c. Plus 2 T. Candy Canes, crushed
2 T. Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13x9 baking pan with foil, set aside. In a double boiler or microwave, break up the white chocolate and melt according to package directions. Remove from heat and stir in the 1/3 cup of candy cane pieces. Pour the mix into the foil lined pan, spreading it to within half inch of the edges. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle on the remaining candy cane pieces. Place the bark in the refrigerator and chill until firm, about 15 minutes. Break or cut into pieces. Serve at room temperature.
