Boil 1 Chicken
5-6 Bundles Green Onion
1 Whole Stalk Celery
2 Large Regular Onions
Poultry Seasoning
Gizzards
4 Recipes Prepared Cornbread-Made w/o Salt, Sugar, or Baking Powder - do not use jiffy mix
Use pearl milling cornmeal ( you can make 2 recipes together at a time)
4 Chicken Boullion Cubes
6 Boiled Eggs
6 Raw Eggs
1 Box Stove Top Dressing
Juices from baked Turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Cook turkey until it makes juices.
Take chicken and boil with all ingredients until chicken is done. Let cool.
Debone chicken and use chicken in dressing.
Save 4-5 gizzards for the gravy.
Crumble cornbread and add all eggs. Boiled and raw. If there is not enough liquid add more from the turkey. Make sure you save some juices from the turkey so you can make your gravy.
Bake until brown.
