Ingredients:  
1 lb. of ground beef (could substitute for turkey)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 can Italian basil diced tomato
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp. onion (I usually add a whole small onion)
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt (however much to your liking)
1 can red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare: Dice onions, measure spices, and open cans
Cook: Saute onions until lightly translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until meat is done.
Add crushed red pepper, paprika, cumin, and salt to onion and meat mixture.
Mix through until you can smell the spices.
Add diced tomato, tomato sauce, water, and kidney beans.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Serve with brown/white rice, cheese, sour cream, fritos, or make chili cheese dogs.
