1 pkg yellow cake mix (or mix with pudding included)
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups Bakers Angel Flake Coconut
3 1/2 cups (or 1 8 oz. container) Cool Whip Topping Thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed (either in layers or sheet).
Cool for 15 min. Poke holes in cake with fork.
Meanwhile combine sugar, milk and 1/2 of the coconut in saucepan.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 min.
Spoon evenly over warm cake. Then cool completely.

Fold 1/2 cup of coconut left into whipped cool whip, spread over cake. Sprinkle cake with remaining coconut. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Store left over cake in fridge.
