Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pastry recipe (homemade or box)
Use any leftover meat. Pie is good with pork, chicken, or beef
1 cup of sliced carrots
1 cup of of cubed potatoes
1/2 can of peas (or 3/4 cup of frozen)
1/2 cup of green beans
1/4 cup of onions
1/4 red peppers
1 Can of any cream soup you like or prefer to use. I like mushroom with this.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F

Pre-boil carrots, potatoes and if using fresh green beans. Just until soften a bit. It will take longer to cook if you don't. Add all vegetables together in a large bowl with can of cream soup. Pour into pie shell and add top. To add the top just moisten around the edges and push together with thumbs or fork. Design the top however you prefer.

Bake for 45-50 mins. Check for vegetables to be soft. When you can put a fork through them it's done!

Allow to stand for 10 mins before serving.
