Homemade Apricot and Cherry Infused Vodka:

Soak 2 c. dried apricots and 1 c. dried cherries in 1.75 mL Vodka for a minimum of one month. (times three for amaretto recipe)
Apricots and cherries can then be processed in food processor with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. whole grain mustard, salt, and pepper, and used to glaze a pork tenderloin, or pork chops. This recipe was perfected by myself and Julia Daum - a very good friend of mine - over the course of several years.
