1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage
1c. Onion, chopped
1/3 c. Green Pepper, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
16 oz. Stewed Tomatoes
1 c. Tomato Juice
4oz. Button Mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. Beef flavored Instant Bouillon or 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 c. Parmesan and or Romano Cheese, grated

Directions:
In a large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Add garlic and brown 2 minutes more. Drain any excess fat. Add tomatoes, juice, mushrooms, bouillon and seasoning. Mix well. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir in half of the cheese. Serve with chips and remaining cheese.
