2 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 c. Milk
2 c. Sugar
Dash of salt
2 T. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate and milk in a heavy saucepan. Cook and stir over very low heat until blended. Add sugar and salt. Stir over medium heat to a boil. Continue boiling without stirring until a little forms a soft ball in cold water, or 235 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Cool to Luke warm (110 degrees). Beat until mixture holds its shape. Pour at once into a buttered 8" square pan. Place in refrigerator and cut when cold.
