1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
1 T. Shortening
1/2 c. Whole Almonds
1/2 c. Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with the shortening. Stir until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in almonds and raisins. Spread into a 13x9 pan lined with waxed paper, paper should extend over sides so it can be easily lifted out of the pan. Chill 15 minutes; remove and score top with tines of a fork to resemble bark. Return to the refrigerator and chill until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes. To serve, break into bite size pieces.
