Blueberry Pie Recipe

5-6 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. sugar or 1/3 c. agave nectar
4 tbsp. flour (if using sugar)
1 squirt lemon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 pinches salt
5-6 small pieces of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Thaw blueberries and drain.

2) Preheat oven to 400ºF.

3) If using sugar and flour, mix together and then add to blueberries. If using agave nectar, omit sugar and flour and add agave nectar to blueberries.

4) Mix in lemon, nutmeg, and salt.

5) Pour into bottom pie crust and put pieces of butter on top.

6) Put top crust on pie.

7) Bake in 400ºF oven until golden, approximately 35-40 minutes.
