16 limes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black mustard seed
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon asafetida
1/2 cup chilli powder
2 tablespoon superfine sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Store for 2 weeks at room temprature
in a sunny place to pickle.The pickle can be stored in the refregerator for up to 6 months.
Wash and dry the limes.Cut each quarters,then cut each quarter in half.Put into a bowl,add the salt and mix.
1 leter glass jar.Seal and allow to stand at room temprature for 1 week.
Put the spice mixture,chilli powder,sugar and limes into a clean,dry bowl and mix.Spoon the mixture into the jar and seal.
