1 3oz package of lime flavored gelatin
1 Cup boiling water
3oz Blanco Tequila
2oz Triple Sec
1oz fresh lime juice
1/4 Cup Cold Water
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the tequila, lime, and triple sec with cold water and chill in the refriderator so they are a consistent temperature.
2. Pour gelatin into a bowl.
3. Add boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Stir in chilled liquor and water mix
5. Pour into plastic shot glasses
6. Refrigerate until the liquid sets
7. Serve cold
