1/2 lb. chip beef
2 T butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts
1/2 C dry white wine
1 heaping T parm. cheese, cayenne & paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Pull beef apart and pour hot water over beef, soak just 1 min. and drain.

Melt butter in skillet add sour cream & stir until lumpless (don't have skillet too hot). Slice artichokes in half & add season with cayenne & beef, wine & cheese. Blend - if too thin add flour.
