1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
12 c. Chicken Broth
1-1/2 c. Carrots, cut into matchsticks
1-1.2 c. Celery, diced
1/2 c. Onion, minced
5 sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 T. Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
5 oz. Fresh Linguine, cut into thirds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, thyme, and parsley. Bring to boil over high heat, then simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Return to boil and add linguine. Cook until linguine is tender, about 2-3 minutes.
