4-1/2 c. Water
2 c. Chicken Broth
2 c. Yellow Split Peas
2/3 c. Leeks or Green Onions
1/3 c. Carrots
1/3 c. Celery
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Marjoram
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2-1/2 c. Milk
1 c. Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Follow the recipe on the package of dry split peas. Rinse peas before adding to pot. Cook until peas are tender. Add milk and cream.
