1 1/2 Lbs. Beef for stew (cubes)
2 Tbsp. Margarine
1 1/2 Cups Beef Bouillon ( 4 cubes in 1 1/2 cups of hot water)
2 Tbsp. Catsup
1 garlic glove chopped
1 tsp. Salt
8 Oz. Mushrooms, sliced
1 Med. Onion (chopped about 1/2 cup)
3 Tbsp. flour
! Cup Sour Cream
2 or 4 Cups hot noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir Beef in 2 Tbsp. margarine in skillet until browned, lower heat.
Reserve 1/3 Cup of bouillon stir remaining bouillon, catsup, garlic and salt into skillet. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender. 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Stir in mushrooms and onions, cover and simmer until onions are tender about 5-10 minutes.
Mix reserved bouillon and flour, stir gradually into beef mixture.
Heat to boiling, stirring as needed. Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream, heat through.
Serve on top of hot buttered noodles.
