1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package dry yeast
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
7 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix 2 minutes on low speed and set aside.
Combine flour with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl: mix 3 minutes with mixer at medium speed.
Add yeast mixture and mix 3 minutes at medium speed. Cover and let rise in warm place about 3 hours until the dough has doubled in size.
Punch dough down. Cover and refrigerate overnight. With lightly floured hands, shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls: place in 3 greased 9 inch round pans. Let dough rise about 2 hours or until doubles in size.
Bake rolls at 400* for 10-12 minutes.
Dough may be stored in refrigerator up to 4 days.
