2 bunches Kale (or baby spinach)
1 Avocado
1 Grapefruit
3 T. Hemp Hearts
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Pink Himalayan Rock Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and shred the kale into bite size pieces. Massage the avocado into the leaves. Peel the grapefruit completely so that only the cells remain and break into 1 or 2 centimeter size pieces. Put hemp seeds, lemon juice and salt over and mix well.

Avocado and hemp hearts are both super foodsso it is surprisingly filling - we eat it as a main course. You can substitute the greens and the citrus for whatever is available and seasonal.
