2 cans Squash with vidalia onions (may use fresh yellow squash and chopped onions if available but will require longer cooking time)
1 can italian stewed tomatoes
2 c. chedder cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain squash. Add all ingredients to casserole dish. Cover and microwave. Stir occassionaly and cook until throughly hot.
